Before I ordered tru height, growth Gummies, I wanted to look at all of the ingredients. Which some of them include vitamin D, citamin k, calcium, ashwagandha root, sprirulina, and a few others that contain healthy ingredients for excellent and proper bone growth. And it is usually suggested for children over five but also for adults who still want to continue to live healthy with good strong bones. I received and chose the watermelon flavor.
